Rustic Charm: Part II of Our Favorite Wedding Venues in Washington State

Welcome to Part II of our “Favorite Venues” series! We’re lucky Washington State has so many beautiful wedding venues. From budget-friendly to high-end, urban to rural, and classic to contemporary, there's a perfect venue for everyone. With so many options, you’ll definitely want to narrow the list down, so I recommend searching by style of venue that fits your wedding vision. To make your wedding planning process easier, we're here to share our favorite venues with you. In Part I of this series, we showed you our top picks for industrial-style venues, and now we’re back with Part II - Rustic Venues.

Favorite Venues Part II: Rustic

Common Elements: Barn, Forest, Fields, Greenery

Rustic wedding venues have a charm that is hard to resist. Almost all rustic venues feature stunning outdoor spaces and show off that Washington State beauty. From a planning perspective, this also means they’re susceptible to unpredictable weather, so think about contingency plans early! Rustic venues are one of the most prevalent in Washington, so if you’re looking for a more laid-back, natural vibe for your wedding, you’ll have no shortage of options! It was hard to keep this list short, but these are a few of our very favorites:

  • Farm12

    • Where: Puyallup, WA

    • Why we love it: Versatility + Staff + Mission. I cannot say enough about how much I love Farm12. The venue includes a greenhouse, barn courtyard and event hall. They’re each beautiful of their own accord and it provides endless options for designing your wedding. They also have an incredible staff team and profits go to charity!

  • Lord Hill Farms

    • Where: Snohomish, WA

    • Why we love it: Elegance + Size. If you’re planning a big wedding, you have to consider Lord Hill Farms. They allow up to 700 guests (though you can easily have a more intimate wedding here too). They also bring a high-class elegance to a rustic space unlike any other.

  • Olympic View Estates

    • Where: Lake Stevens, WA

    • Why we love it: A Pacific Northwest dream. Imagine saying your “I do’s” while a peaceful Koi-filled pond trickles into the stream surrounding your guests. The descending theatre style ceremony layout gives your guests the perfect view of you and the beautiful mountain views. It’s so romantic!

  • Flying Horseshoe Ranch

    • Where: Cle Elum, WA

    • Why we love it: True to the rustic style. The Flying Horseshoe Ranch is family-owned for generations and regularly used for all sorts of events. With barns, open fields, and even horseback riding, you and your guests can make a whole wedding weekend out of it. Come back for future anniversary trips to relive the memories!

This list could have easily been three times as long! Use venue search tools or browse #rusticwedding on social media to see what else is out there! And don’t hesitate to reach out to get a quote for our wedding planning services, we include venue research in some packages!

Stay tuned, Part III - Traditional venues - coming soon!
