You have your main vendors booked and now it’s time to put it all together and create the design for your day! This package is a great option for those that feel confident booking the main vendors for their day, but want more support with the design process. As your partial planner, I will put together a full design board and source the design-related vendors.
AHEAD OF WEDDING DAY:
Services and monthly meetings start 12 months prior to your event
Design board creation
Design-related vendor research and selection (rentals, florals, paper goods, lighting)
Ceremony and reception site walkthrough
Layout creation
Unlimited email and phone correspondence
Event timeline creation
1 hour ceremony rehearsal
ON YOUR WEDDING DAY:
Setup & teardown management
Execution of design + styling
Event timeline management
All day coordinating assistance coverage
